I try to do the same thing...work on one UFO, and tell myself I can start a new project once it's done, or work on said UFO for x amount of time each day before I go to the project I really want to work on. I also installed a bird feeder with six feeding stations. No sooner did I install it when the Pigions and larger birds Started feeding every day. I bought a length of 1" Screen and rolled it to fit around the bird feeder. It tapers at the top so I can life it off to fill the feeder. The 1" holes are too small for any size birds so I just cut out a few holes to make them Larger. Now the small birds feed every day and the Pigigons and larger birds cannot get to the feed.
